As the Florida CCIM Miami-Dade/Monroe District President and a member of the Industrial Real Estate Team at ComReal, we were excited to have our colleague, Patricia Quintana, CCIM attend the 2023 Midyear Governance Meeting in Boston, MA. This bi-annual conference is the premier event for commercial real estate professionals, and we were thrilled that Patricia was able to participate and bring back valuable insights to our team.
Patricia is a seasoned commercial real estate professional and has been a member of the Industrial Real Estate Team at ComReal for several years. Her expertise in industrial real estate has been invaluable to our team and our clients, and we were excited to have her represent us at the CCIM Conference.
The CCIM Governance Meetings are an opportunity for commercial real estate professionals to learn from industry leaders, network with peers, and gain insights into the latest trends and best practices in the industry. With over 1,000 attendees and more than 30 educational + networking sessions, the conference is a must-attend event for anyone in the commercial real estate industry.
During the conference, Patricia attended a variety of sessions and workshops, covering topics ranging from market analysis to leasing strategies to financing options. She also had the opportunity to network with other professionals in the industry, including brokers, lenders, and investors.
One of the highlights of the conference was the Economic Update and Networking Breakfast update given by Chief Economist K.C. Conway, CCIM, MAI, CRE. In his address, K.C. shared his presentation that touched on everything from Industrial CRE to Office CRE as well as to his recent article KC Conway: “Oversupply Risk is Still Low” for Industrial and his recent Q&A with Paul Bunby, KC Conway Zeros In on The Big Story for Industrial. It was a interesting and thought provoking breakfast meeting full of information and data that Patricia brought back to Miami.
Overall, the 2023 CCIM Midyear Governance Meeting in Boston was a valuable experience for Patricia and our team.
