Buying an Industrial building is not a easy decision and there are many variables that can affect the decision. However, in the long terms is one of the best decisions. In our business we see more clients having regrets for NOT buying than actually Buying a building. Here are some tips to avoid missing out on opportunities. Think of What’s the Cost of NOT Buying: One of the most important tip! When looking at spaces, most Buyers concentrate at what’s the sale price and how much works the space needs. Very few think on what’s the cost of NOT buying. By not buying, Buyer can miss out on BIG gains over time and also be at the mercy of landlords and market rents. Putting the business at risk.
